What began as a skateboard fail rapidly turns into a hurt little boy, followed by a hurt little skateboarder. Check out this video of one very disenchanted mom facing the guy who squished her little boy... on his birthday, no less!

So, who is in the wrong? Should the skateboarder have been paying closer attention? Then again, this obviously happened at a skate park, so perhaps the little boy shouldn't have been walking around unattended. Maybe Mommy should have been keeping a closer eye on the birthday boy. It seems she was a good 75-feet away when all this catastrophe happened.
