We set the clocks ahead yesterday. If you forgot, that's BAD NEWS because you're an hour late to work! And if you remembered . . . well, the bad news for you is you probably feel like crud!

--According to a new survey:
61% of Americans say they SIGNIFICANTLY feel the effects of losing an hour of sleep. And the worst day is TODAY, when you HAD to get up at a specific time for work.
40% of people say it will take them the ENTIRE WEEK just to adjust

Of course the government isn't getting rid of Daylight Saving Time, anytime soon, but there has to be something we can do to make the time change smoother!

--A different survey found:
70% of people think it should be moved from Sunday to Saturday, that way we'd have an extra day to adjust before we had to be at work. What do you think?
