I've had the pleasure of seeing Shania in concert before. I mean no disrespect at all, but her live show was far better than I was expecting. She's a top-notch entertainer in anyone's book, and the musical quality of the show was excellent.

With that, I present my highly-subjective list of five reasons why you should catch Shania in concert when she comes to Colorado in 2023:

• Shania doesn't exactly do a lot of live shows, so this may be your last chance
• It's been almost five years since Shania did live shows, so you're long overdue
• Shania is the best-selling female artist in Country music history, and that's before you take into account her brand new album, "Queen Of Me."
• Shania will donate $1 from each ticket sold to Twain's children-focused charity, Shania Kids Can
• Some of the opening acts on this tour include Kelsea Ballerini, Lindsay Ell, Priscilla Block, and Mickey Guyton.

If you look online, you can find fairly affordable tickets for this show. Of course, VIP-level tickets are also available in the $336 - $672 range. The last time I saw Shania in concert I bit the bullet and forked over the big bucks for front-row seats. I hate to sound like a pig, but paying the extra money to be that close to Shania was money well spent.
