The early bird gets the worm, as the cliche goes, and fans who arrived to Country Jam 2016 late in the day missed two of Day 2's — and perhaps the weekend's — best sets.

The first two acts to take the festival's main stage on Friday (June 17), Drake White and Neal McCoy, brought an incredible amount of energy with them. Newcomer White crammed plenty into his 30-minute set, while McCoy had the audience out of their seats and dancing and singing along from his very first song.

Easton Corbin and Joe Nichols entertained festival-goers during the early evening hours, before Brad Paisley crammed a bevy of hits, humor and killer guitar into his headlining set. Additionally, throughout the day, the Williams Brothers Band, Andrea Vasquez, McKenna Faith and Kaitlyn Baker performed on the West Stage and at Jack's Place.
