I just recently heard from a "source" that there is a "secret" code that will allow you to skip all those annoying trailers, title screens & warnings when you're trying to watch a DVD.

If you've ever been the parent of a two year old you know how frustrating it can be to try to start a movie for your kid when there is 30 minutes worth of junk on the beginning of the DVD!

Most of the time it involves me frantically pushing every button on the remote to try and skip these annoying ads, all with my son trying to "help".

Of course none of this works but occasionally you'll get lucky and the right combo of button pushing will get it to skip directly to the menu, but usually not before watching the warning that the government & Hollywood will have your butt if you try to pirate their movie!

Of course the next time you watch a DVD you will not be able to duplicate this action, regardless of the amount of button pushing and remote throwing you do!!

So what should you press on your DVD player remote to skip all this mess?

My source says to press: Stop, Stop, Play.

Believe it or not, I tried this on my old relic DVD/VCR and it actually worked!
