You already know that the Insane Inflatable 5K is this Saturday at the Country Jam Ranch in Mack, but do you know what items you'll need to take with you?

Items you may need: (play the Rocky theme song now to get psyched up as you're reading this)

• Sunscreen- whatever SPF will sufficiently keep you protected
• Rocky theme music - to get yourself pumped up!
• Eye of the Tiger - also to get yourself pumped up!
• Headband- for your head
• A Hat- any hat really
• Wristbands- for your wrists
• Water- multiple bottles
• iPod- In case you want to listen to the Rocky theme or Eye of the Tiger
• I.D./Drivers License - In case you wanna buy beer or prove who you are
• Money/Credit card- beverages, beer, t-shirts and other items will be for sale
• Athletic Support (male and female)
• Comfortable running shoes
• Dress comfortably- shorts, tee shirt, socks, spandex, etc...
• Super hero costume- why not?
• Sunglasses- for the sun
• An umbrella - for shade
• Sweat towel- for the sweat
• Change of clothes and maybe shoes
• Camera/phone- to capture memories and funny situations
• A great attitude!
