New Law For Illegal Immigrants To Get Drivers License

If you are in the country illegally you can still get drivers license so you can get to work. Governor Jared Polis signed the legislation on Tuesday and was back by a significant number of businesses. Businesses want to make it easier for employees to drive to work.

Under the new law, the licenses will be available at 10 Department of Motor Vehicles offices by July 2020, there are three DMV offices that are offering them to new applicants. If you are an Immigrant and can prove you live in Colorado you are eligible for a drivers license.
