169 New Laws From Colorado's 2021 Legislative Session

The Colorado Legislature has been some busy people in 2021. 169 new laws have taken effect in the state of Colorado over the past couple of weeks, and some of them are pretty interesting (and confusing).

For example, a law evidently was created to stop people from creating traveling shows featuring animals like whales, dolphins, seals, bears, and very large birds. Who knew such a law was needed?
