New Business Coming To Grand Junction?

If you have driven North Avenue in the past couple of days, you saw the guys working on this lot.

This is, or was, the corner of North Avenue and 6th street. Is it bad that I can't even remember what was there?

What do you think would make a good investment there? There are countless possibilities. Especially there, because it is a very visible and highly trafficked location. Plus, the Grand Junction High School is right there, so the kids will stop in and hang out. So, what would like to see here?

If you know me at all, then you know my first go-to, I would love to see one here in Grand Junction, my dream establishment is a White Castle. A sack of ten Sliders sounds SO good right now. With fries, of course. Unfortunately, the White Castle phenomenon never quite spread across the country like its burger counterparts. In fact, the two closest locations to Grand Junction are:
