Mother Smokes Meth With 13 Year Old Daughter

A mother from Springfield was arrested for smoking meth with her daughter on multiple occasions. There is a Meth-od to her madness, her girl is spoiled and gets everything she wants.

According to the Springfield Police Department, Ann Lampe said she smoked meth with her daughter on multiple occasions. She mentioned at least once in the car, and once in her apartment. When police asked why she gave her 13 year old daughter meth she said "Because she throws a fit if she doesn't get what she wants."

The young teen told police that she would smoke, snort and "hot rail" the meth. Hot Railing means smoking meth out of a glass pipe or glass piece. When I was 13 I got caught for chewing tobacco. This girl is already smoking meth. DIRTY!

Lampe has been charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child — each count carries a maximum penalty of seven years in prison. She is also prohibited from having any contact with a child (17 or younger). What a nincompoop.
