Are you all set for the Gary Allan concert this Thursday, July 25, at Grand Junction's Las Colonias Amphitheater? Who's going to be his opening act? Meet Jordan Rager.

The summer of 2019 is proving to be one of the best Western Colorado concert seasons ever. This Thursday night, Gary Allan makes his way to town. Sharing the stage will be a rising star straight out of Georgia (via Nashville).

Before the age of 18, Jordan Rager was performing stadium shows as the opening act for Justin Moore. A record deal with Broken Bow Records soon followed. After that, more tours, and a chance to record with artists such as Jason Aldean. Before long, Rager formed a new partnership with Riser House Entertainment.

In addition to performing and recording, Rager is an accomplished songwriter and lyricist.

I love writing songs, and I put a lot of heart into writing songs. My songs tell my story, so my story comes out in my writing. I want my music to be something that listeners personally connect with – for a long time! - Jordan Rager

This season Rager is touring with Gary Allan. It's going to be a busy summer. They have concert dates almost every day through the end of September. Rager isn't on all of the shows, however.

Check out the Jordan Rager videos attached to this post. The video at top, Southern Boy, features Jason Aldean.
