Legends of the Grand Mesa

It's always amazing to hear these types of stories about this area.

Legends, myths and ghosts, oh my.

The Grand Mesa area sure seems to have plenty of great stories from the past. There is no doubt it has a very interesting history, as well. The Utes called it 'home of the departed spirits' and had to deal with something called Batiqtuba. Actually, the Bahaa-Nieche dealt with Batiqtuba, if you know the story.
