Are you a fan of "The Voice"? A past contestant, Kaleb Lee, is coming to Grand Junction for a special event you won't want to miss.

Kaleb Lee, representing Team Kelly on The Voice, was a contestant during Season 14. He was on Team Blake but was stolen by Team Kelly.

I have to admit something right now; I don't watch The Voice. For that matter, I don't watch American Idol. Regardless, it's obvious he has a ton of fans. If you're one of them, there's a special performance from Lee coming your way soon.

Kaleb Lee will perform during the opening ceremonies of the 2019 Special Olympics State Summer Games at Suplizio Field at 7 p.m. on June 7. The organizer of the event mentioned Lee would perform a 30 to 40-minute set.

Keep in mind, Lee's debut album is coming soon. His current single, "Cooler Weather" was released a few short weeks ago. Kelly Clarkson, his coach from The Voice, helped fund the new album, and even appears on one of the tracks.

The remainder of the Special Olympics State Summer Games takes place June 8 and 9, 2019, at both Stocker Stadium and the CMU campus.

June 7, 2019, is a Friday night. I can't think of a better way to spend it. Check out a great show with Kaleb Lee, and then support the 1,200 athletes competing in this awesome event.
