Kacey Musgraves Braves the Cold for Philadelphia Tour Stop [PICTURES]
The temperature in Philadelphia dipped down into the high 20s on Friday evening (Jan. 18), but the wintry conditions didn't phase Kacey Musgraves one bit as she took the stage for her scheduled Oh, What a World tour stop at the Fillmore Philadelphia, noting to the crowd that she wasn't afraid of the snow in the forecast.
Musgraves' appearance came after an energetic set from Natalie Prass, her tourmate for the current run. As they have done in the past, Prass and Musgraves teamed up towards the end of Musgraves' set for a spirited rendition of Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive." The pair have made a habit of covering Gaynor's 1978 classic during their shows together over the course of the tour, much to the audience's delight.
Musgraves began her set with one of her dreamiest tracks, "Slow Burn," before leading the audience through her latest album and some of her most beloved hits. For her encore, she offered "Rainbow," which the singer has said was her Memaw's favorite song and was played at her funeral, followed by another cover, this time of Brooks & Dunn's "Neon Moon." Musgraves wrapped up the evening with a rendition of her own disco-inflected "High Horse."

Musgraves kicked off her 2019 Oh, What a World tour dates earlier in January, and the trek will continue through spring, including a three-night run at the Ryman in Nashville, Tenn. in late February and early March.
