Joe Nichols vs. Lee Brice — Country Shootout

This week we will focus on new songs that have yet to be released on radio. A few of our favorite artists have recently released new tunes, and we will find out which one of them you like best. This week in the Country Shootout we will see Hunter Hayes, Carrie Underwood, Chris Cagle, Joe Nichols, Lee Brice and Mark Chesnutt. Today our first competitors are Joe Nichols and Lee Brice.

Joe Nichols has worked in numerous fields from being a truck driver to a country radio disc jockey. When he finally signed a deal back in 1996 he started his passion. Since then he has made it to the top of the country charts on three different occasions with 'Brokenheartsville','Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off' and 'Gimme That Girl'. Just recently, Joe released a brand new tune and is hoping it will get him to the top of the charts for the fourth time. Here is Joe Nichols with 'Sunny and 75'.

Lee Brice just recently came onto the country scene back in 2007. He started out writing songs for artists like Jason Aldean, Eli Young Band, Tim McGraw and even Garth Brooks. He released his #1 hit 'A Woman Like You' in 2012. Just recently, he had his latest release 'I Drive Your Truck' make it to the top of the country charts and got his second #1 hit. Lee Brice will try and make it three #1 hits with this song 'Parking Lot Party'.
