Why is Little Jimmy Dickens PO Box at the Grand Ole Opry So Low?

Every member has a post office box at the Grand Ole' Opry to receive fan mail, but only Little Jimmy Dickens has a dedicated number. Find out why!

My husband and I we're allowed to go backstage at the Grand Ole' Opry while we were in Nashville and part of the tour includes these AWESOME post office boxes!

There is a box for every member of the Opry and they're placed in alphabetical order.

All except one ...

At 4'11" Little Jimmy Dickens would be unable to reach it at the top where the "Ds" are located, so they dedicated box number 152 to him for as long as he's a member.
