How Much is a Colorado Luxury Home in 2025 Compared to Neighboring States?

According to Realtor.com's new data, the average cost of a luxury home in the state of Colorado in 2025 is a whopping $3.3 million. If we travel east, we'll see that Kansas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma's average price for a luxury home is significantly less as all three states land just under $1 million.

However, the one state that shares a border with Colorado with a higher average price of a luxury home is, surprisingly, the nation's least-populated state, Wyoming.

In fact, the average price of a luxury home in Wyoming is significantly higher than in Colorado at a whopping $4.2 million.
