Cinnamon Bear Ends Up In Greeley, Colorado Neighborhood
Just as this Greeley, Colorado neighborhood was all finally asleep on Sunday night, they were visited by quite the unexpected street roamer. The Greeley Police Department posted a video of what they're saying was a Cinnamon Bear, strolling around the area of 44th Avenue and 2nd Street in Northwest Greeley.
The below doorbell video was captured just after midnight on Monday, September 9th...
If spotted, the Greeley Police Department reminds you of the following...
- Call 911 so they can get the Colorado Department of Wildlife to your location!
- Don’t chase, corner, or try to make the bear go up a tree.
- Make loud noises and move your arms to scare it away.
- Don’t leave trash or small pets outside outside.
Their final reminder was to remember that you only have to run as fast as your slowest friend, which is hilarious, and true! If you do see this furry friend, call 911 and stay safe. The selfie attempt isn't likely worth the risk, although if you don't get a pic, did it even really happen? Be BEARY careful, Greeley!
