After 40 Years, Another Great Colorado Eatery Closes Up
Dining out in Colorado has taken another hit, as a long-time, award-winning restaurant, has decided to end its run.
When you think about all the years of hard work, the early mornings, the late nights, enduring the pandemic, it has to be very difficult for them to bring their endeavor to an end. Restaurants are very difficult to maintain; four decades speaks volumes about their quality and had work.
The area will miss them, that's for sure.
Longtime Greeley, Colorado, Restaurant Announces Closure
Fan of Fat Albert's in Greeley, will be saddened to hear that the restaurant has decided to end operations at the end of August, 2024.

After more than 40 years at the same location, that place has to be filled with tons of memories, like they said. Most everybody in Northern Colorado has at least heard of Fat Albert's, even if they hadn't been in.
Will Fat Albert's in Greeley Continue as a Cookbook?
With so much great food and so many years of "dialing in" all the recipes, many are hoping that the restaurant's owner will put together a cookbook, so that the restaurant can live on, after it's closed.
