Broncos Beat Chiefs And Troll Them And Travis Kelsey With Taylor Swift Music

In the Peyton Manning years, the Denver Broncos didn't just own the Kansas City Chiefs, but they owned the entire AFC West. In his time with the Broncos, we won the AFC West each year and went on to win the AFC Championship to head to the Super Bowl two of the four years. Since Peyton retired though, Denver has lost over 30 games to the other AFC West teams, winning just over 10 games in the division in the last 7 years.

The Kansas City Chiefs specifically had beaten our poor Broncos 16 games in a row and they came into Denver thinking they were about to get number 17... Fortunately, that wasn't the case, and that completely embarrassing streak came to an end on Sunday, October 29th, as the Broncos pulled off, what many fans are calling, "their biggest win since Super Bowl 50." After the clock struck zero on the Broncos' 24 to 9 victory over the Chiefs, they had a little fun with their celebration music as Travis Kelce and company pouted off of the field.

It's no secret that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have been dating for the last month or so, and while the Broncos love them some T-Swizzle who had two sold-out shows at Empower Field at Mile High this past summer, they just couldn't help themselves after beating KC for the first time in what feels like forever. As our buddy Taylor says though, sometimes, after a loss, you've gotta just "SHAKE IT OFF!"

As seen and heard in the hilarious video above, the Broncos' amazing gameday presentation staff blasted Taylor's "Shake It Off" as KC left the field. My old pal Romi was on the field when it played and got a different perspective as well.

I saw a game highlight video last night that showed Taylor's boyfriend leaving the field right after the loss, so I'm not sure if he heard the dig, but he at least heard about it. While Denver has already played KC twice this year, could, by some miracle, they meet again in the playoffs this January? This win could truly be the turning point of the Broncos season, and I'm here for it. Go Broncos!
