There’s Hope Yet for Loveland’s Good Time Burgers

If there's one thing folks around any city in Colorado don't like seeing, it's empty/closed businesses along busy streets. Loveland has had several pop up over the years; will Good Times be the next?

Will Loveland's Good Times Burgers Be Reopening?

When a place shuts down to remodel, you'd expect that remodeling to start sooner than later, so that they can get back to making money. The Loveland Good Times, at Eisenhower Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue, has been boarded up for several months as of the summer of 2026.

I reached out to Good Times, themselves to see what's going on. I received a call from none other than Ryan Zink himself, the current President and CEO of Good Times. He was very friendly (you always worry about how a conversation like that will go) in explaining what's happening with that Good Times.

He stated that there are some difficulties in getting things started due to the location, as it sits along a one-way street (Lincoln) where access is problematic. I've been to that Good Times several times, and can attest (like others) that getting in and out of there is a hassle, just for customers, let alone construction crews.

In May of 2026, it was reported that Zink had plans to give Good Times a whole new look, to help stand out from the other big burger players. A "whole new look" could mean a whole new building. Zink was adamant with me that Good Times would be back in Loveland; I however, did not press him on the Lincoln spot.

Would it be weird if Good Times were to take over the vacancy left when Carl's Jr. closed for good, just to the west along Cleveland Avenue? They could raze both buildings and make one big, great-looking Good Times.
