While that may be true, it can be unsettling when your "twin" is a suspect in series of unseemly incidents 50 miles away from your home in Loveland.

Northern Colorado Radio DJ 'Dead Ringer' For Denver Perp

In early 2026, a coworker here at the radio station came bursting into my studio, holding up his phone, saying, "Dude! You need to stay OUT of Denver!" He showed me a Facebook post, I wasn't sure what it was about, but it was a sketch of somebody that looked a lot like myself; "Down to the glasses!" my coworker commented.

Not a Crime Anyone Would Want to Be Associated With

It was definitely distressing that the sketch was of a man wanted by Denver police in  series of indecent exposure incidents at Denver's Washington Park. 'Why couldn't have been a bank heist" I lamented aloud, as when it comes to committing a crime, robbing a bank has always held a "mystique" about it. Indecent exposure does not.

I shared that post on my Facebook, and it wasn't just my coworker that noticed the resemblance. Even my brother commented how it really looks like "angry Dave." The suspect is bald, the same height and (relatively) the same weight, as well.

To be clear, however, I'm sure I have alibis for each incident, and I haven't been to Denver in quite some time. I hope they find this perpetrator quickly.
