Where Does the Money for This Pet Deposit Assistance Come From?
A member of Denver's City Council has put together a rare program that uses funds from his city's Emergency Rental Assistance Program. According to ColoradoPolitics.com, 84% of rental properties in Colorado do allow pets, so that's good.
