With the Walmart family owning the Denver Broncos, it's good to see them spending some money on the stores they have in Colorado, too.

25 Colorado Walmarts Will Get a Fresh New Look in 2025

In their endeavor to be "Colorado's favorite place to shop," Walmart is upgrading 650 of their stores across the nation, as well as investing in enhancing their associates' experience working for the giant company.

While there are a few people in Colorado that absolutely will not venture into a Walmart, a majority of us do shop there. They do have everything, at generally decent prices, which is what has made them so huge, today.

As of April of 2025, Walmart has 104 stores, 25 of which are going to get an upgrade in 2025. This is latest round of makeovers, as between 2020 and 2025 Walmart has invested over $300 million upgrading stores.

Maybe you go to a Walmart "every now and then;" maybe you go "every week." I go about twice a month to get car oil for my stupid, old BMW which has "a problem." It turns out, that the Walmart I usually pop into is one on the current list.

The Walmart on Eisenhower off of Denver is one of the 25, as well as the one in Fort Collins at Mason and College.
