Popular Loveland/Fort Collins Breakfast Spot Expanding to Greeley

Finding a great place for breakfast in the Fort Collins area will get a little easier in the summer of 2025, with a new spot coming to Greeley.

Breakfast Club of Fort Collins & Loveland Adds Greeley Spot

For over 30 years Breakfast Club in Fort Collins has been a well-known spot to grab breakfast or lunch; Breakfast Club in Loveland can say the same for their 20+ years. With that kind of track record, a Greeley spot can expect the same success.

It's great when you hear about a place you like expanding, and find out even more great news. That's the situation I came upon when writing about how Breakfast Club is coming to Greeley.

The Fort Collins Breakfast Club, at Monroe and College has been open since 1992; the one in Loveland since 2000. For as long as I can remember, they've been separate entities; but that's not the case, anymore.

According to their website, David Hakes and his then wife, together, opened the Loveland Breakfast Club at Boise and Eisenhower in 2000. The couple divorced, with the two restaurants becoming separate business.

As of the spring of 2024, a couple from Boulder now own both Breakfast Clubs and are opening a Breakfast Club in Greeley at the former El Charro location. El Charro closed in 2018 after nearly 60 years of operation.
