Loveland has a lot to offer, making it the 12th-best town in America to call home. While the population has grown over the last few years, it is still not too populated, with just over 76,000 people. The town is also a gateway to the Rockies, sitting at the bottom of the mountains and being close to Estes Park. There is plenty of hiking in the area, biking trails, and Boyd Lake for some summer fun on the water. There is wildlife like wild turkeys walking around town, herds of elk, and great spots for fishing. There are a plethora of community events throughout the year, with one of the most popular being the Sweetheart Festival around Valentine's Day. There are plenty of eating options, shopping options, and Loveland sits less than an hour away from Denver, so you can enjoy fun in the city without having to live in it.
