Tim McGraw Cancels PBR Show at CSU; See Who’s Replacing Him
The Professional Bull Riders' Last Cowboy Standing at Canvas Stadium in Fort Collins has been quite the buzz in Northern Colorado since it was announced earlier this year. The large rodeo event was announced in March without the concert lineup. However, if you know anything about the PBR, when they do something, they do it big.
When the headlining acts were announced only days later, many country music fans were excited to find out that Jon Pardi and Tim McGraw were the artists who would be performing on July 21 and 22, 2025.
Tim McGraw Cancels Due to Health Issues
In a joint statement, the Professional Bull Riders and Colorado State University shared that Tim McGraw was forced to cancel the July 21 performance at Canvas Stadium for the Last Cowboy Standing due to a recent back surgery.

PBR and CSU are excited to announce that Cross Canadian Ragweed will headline the opening night of this groundbreaking sports and entertainment event, promising an unforgettable performance. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to fans who wanted to see Tim McGraw, and we wish Tim the very best in his recovery.
