Sandwich Shop in Loveland Closed For Good
Many people don't like change. It doesn't matter if it is a change in schedule, a change in routine, or a change in the social circle. When things change, it throws people off, and most dislike it. Over the last few years, many changes have been happening in the food industry, with places closing constantly. A place you have eaten for years might be open one day and closed the next. Many food chains are closing locations overnight, emptying the buildings, and getting out of town. It is devastating to those who visit these locations, and the change isn't appreciated. One sandwich shop in Loveland recently closed, and locals are not happy about it, but why did it have to go away?
Subway in Loveland Closes

Many chains have been closing locations in Northern Colorado recently such as Wendy's, Carl's Jr, and McDonald's to name a few that have closed in the area. You can now add Subway to that list, as the Subway located at 1410 10th St SW recently closed for good. Not only did the store close, but it has already been gutted of the tables, soda machine, and kitchen supplies, and is empty already. The good news is that there are other Subways in the area, so residents are still able to enjoy the popular food chain, but those living near the closed location will now have to drive farther or find another option when it comes to their sandwich choices. Why the sudden closure, and should other locations in the area be worried about closing?
Subway Closures in Northern Colorado

As you can see in the picture above, Subway left a sign thanking Loveland customers for the many years they were able to serve them, and also gave the closest location for those craving Subway. They even offered 50% off for customer if they mentioned the ad for a short time. Over the last year, Subway has been closing hundreds of locations across America, including other stores that have closed in Northern Colorado. The reason for the closure in Loveland was said to be a rise in rent that forced the location to close. This has been a theme many have faced in the food industry over the last couple of years, and likely will see more closures in the coming months and years.
