The 2026 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees have been announced! During a special Rock and Roll Hall of Fame episode of American Idol, Lionel Richie and Ryan Seacrest made the big announcement on April 13th, and the list is stacked. From soft rock to hip hop, I personally agree with every single one. Do you? I can honestly say that I love all of these artists and have each one in my Apple library.

Here are the 2026 Inductees

  • Phil Collins
  • Billy Idol
  • Iron Maiden
  • Oasis
  • Sade
  • Wu-Tang Clan
  • and posthumously Luther Vandross

Every time they announce the year’s inductees, I always say, “Wait… they aren’t already in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?”—and this year is no different. While each artist has a slew of hits, here are my favorite songs from each one.

Here are my favorite songs from each inductee

  • Phil Collins is known for hits such as "In The Air Tonight" and "Another Day in Paradise". How is he just now getting into the hall of fame?
  • Billy Idol rocks out to his hits "White Wedding" and "Rebel Yell"
  • Iron Maiden offers songs "The Trooper" and "Run to the Hills"
  • Oasis is best known for their songs "Wonderwall" and "Don't Look Back in Anger"
  • Sade sings her heart out to her songs "Smooth Operator" and "No Ordinary Love"
  • Wu-Tang Clan offers jams such as "C.R.E.A.M. (Cash Rules Everything Around Me)" and "Protect Ya Neck"
  • And finally years after his passing Luther Vandross will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame best known for his hit's "Endless Love" and "Dance with My Father"

The actual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on November 14th and you can stream the entire event on Disney+ in December.
