When we were kids we all had a great pet that was rather unique. Did you know a lot of those dream pets can be your true and legal pet in Colorado?

As a kid, I wanted a pet that in no way, shape, or form would ever be legal to own in Colorado. I wanted to have a Komodo Dragon. I thought, and still think, they are epic but not the most cuddly pet. In fact, they would hurt you in a heartbeat if you tried.

Well, a childhood dream came true when I went to the Denver Zoo. I watched their Komodo Dragons for longer than I'd like to admit.
