It Is National Bologna Day

Today is National Bologna Day; Alan Jackson even sings a song about Bologna. So, being that it is National Bologna Day how do you eat it? Many people eat it in a sandwich but here are some ideas if you would like to try something new. I had a friend who would buy about a 5lb roll of Bologna and smoke it; it was very very good. You could BBQ Bologna, you could fry it, make a Casserole out it.

There are many types of Bologna, German Bologna, Kosher, Lebanon bologna, Lauantaimakkara, Rag bologna, South African and Vegetarian.

I eat Bologna with bread, mustard and some mayo put some lettuce on it with a slice of tomato, and I am good to go. Enjoy National Bologna Day. How do you like your Bologna?
