Apparently the Grand Junction Police Department has receiving complaints about people making illegal left turns on red lights when a one way street is involved. Here's what IS legal!

I'll be honest my commute home is the worst part of my day, EVERYDAY! All because people wont turn left on a red at the one way from 4th to Pitkin!

According to GJPD,

You are allowed to turn left on a red light as long as you are turning from a one-way street onto a one-way street. You are required to stop at the red light first. You must also be in a left turn lane when you make your turn, and end up in the corresponding lane on the street you're turning onto.

So quit honking at me the next time your next to me at 4th & Pitkin and I turn left on red!

Tell us the worst intersections you deal with below!
