"How much can ya bench?" is the typical ice breaker shared between people meeting one another in a fitness environment. Somehow, the bench press has become the exercise by which all other are measured. So, that having been said, how much can you bench?

The weight one can press has become something of a defining factor in determining their value or skill as a weight lifter. Unfortunately, bench press is also an exercise that is commonly done wrong.

So, since this little survey is totally anonymous, let us know, when lifting with proper form and pace, how much can you bench for, let's say, ten reps? For the purposes of this survey, we're talking about ten repetitions on a standard flat bench, at a slow rate, with a nice, slow negative, and no bounce at the bottom.
