You only thought you had problems. Check out the agony poor Francis is going through with Ice Crown Citadel and Star Trek Online. Fire up the violins.

I haven't a clue what Ice Crown Citadel is, and not the slightest idea what happens on Star Trek Online. After seeing poor Francis, though, I'm tempted to check them out.

Given out perspective with this camera angle, it is difficult to see the person holding a gun to poor Francis' head, forcing him to play these silly online games.

Perhaps there exists a support group for people such as Francis, agonizing in silence, or as in his case, not-so-silent.

Chins up, Francis, help is on the way. It's time we all put on our big-boy pants, and try and get through this.
