Storms Light Up the Sky Over Grand Junction

Coming from the midwest, I miss a great thunderstorm. That said, there's nothing like watching a thunderstorm light up the sky over Grand Junction.

These photos popped up on my feed from a friend who lives in Whitewater. He always captures great photos of storms blowing in over the plateaus.

Last night was no different. The storms that blew in from the west and southwest, the skies over Grand Junction lit up like an amazing laser-light show.

I did a little digging and found others who caught the beautiful light shows in the sky.
