The first installment of your Colorado Property Tax is due Monday, February 29.
From KKCO news and the Mesa County Treasurer, this friendly reminder is for us that haven't paid our property taxes for 2015, yet.
Yup, I include myself in that bunch. But remember, this deadline is only for residents who plan on paying in the two installment plan.The second of these payments is due June 15, 2016.
The second option is to pay the full balance of your Property Tax bill in full. If you choose this, you have until April, 30.
