The Grand Junction Regional Airport is switching up it's menu.

After six years with a particular sandwich shop franchise, executive airport director David Fiore stated that there, very well, may be a change.

An article in the Grand Junction Sentinel reports that bids for the food and beverage space will be taken beginning January 14th.

In a statement made by Fiore, he said that it has become difficult to deal with both airport issues and sandwich issues with the same staff. The GJ airport is the sandwich shops' franchisee.

In the GJ Sentinel article, Fiore believes that bringing a separate business to the airport will make it possible for his staff to concentrate on solely airport matters.

So, what would you like to see as our next food concessionaire at the Grand Junction Regional Airport?
