Flashback Friday: See Red Rocks in the 40s, Denver in the 90s and More
#FlashbackFriday to Colorado's favorite outdoor venue and more.
While 75 years may seem like a good amount of time to us, the Rod Rocks venue's natural formation is actually around 200 million years, 75 years is nothin'. Red Rocks' Instagram shared the photo below from the 1940s.
Instagrammer @lizpoladskyrealestate shared a photo of her dad at the venue in 1969, which looks a bit different than it does now.
And, just as a fun bonus, here's an aerial look at what Denver looked like in the 90s, via @5280.images. It was under 30 years ago, but we can all see how much it's grown in that time, because, you know, weed.
