Is it just me, or is everybody moving to Mack, Colorado? I can think of several friends who've moved there in the last two years. If one were to move to Mack, could they find affordable housing? Here are five houses on the market for under 250K.

I was born in Grand Junction and remember a time when you could buy a house in town for $28,000. It wouldn't necessarily be a palace, but it would be a nice home with at least some kind of yard.

Lately, it seems Mack is the hot place to be. It's quiet, offers considerable acreage, and features several nice homes. It's close enough to Fruita and Grand Junction to offer access to almost anything you could ever need.
