Colorado SpringsIt's a fun weekend at Memorial Park in Colorado Springs September 3 through the 5. There is a mass balloon ascension with over 50 hot air balloons launching into the sky, plus skydiving demonstrations, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, vendors and live entertainment. Admission is free.

Western Woofers Fly Ball Team Tournament
Grand JunctionDog lovers can enjoy the flyball team tournament at the Mesa County Fairgrounds Lions Park in Grand Junction September 3 and 4.
Flyball is a relay race where four-dog teams race against each other jumping hurdles, catching a ball, and racing back over the hurdles. Throughout the year, tournaments are held across the state, and this weekend the action is on the western slope. Racing will go from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.

Colorado State Fair
PuebloThe Colorado State Fair runs through September 5. Lee Brice, Dueling Pianos, Journey Revisited (Tribute) and Huey Lewis and the News are just a few of the musical acts performing at the fair this weekend.
