Five Awesome Concerts Coming to Colorado in January
January isn't exactly concert festival season. Don't let that bum you out, though. Several outstanding acts make their way to Colorado in January. Here are five you should consider checking out.
The summer months are loaded with great shows. You have Country Jam, Country Fan Fest (okay, that's in Utah) and Cheyenne Frontier Days (okay, that's in Wyoming). What do you do when you're suffering from concert withdrawals and the winter blues in January? Here are a few suggestions.

Grizzly Rose in Denver - January 6Ned LeDoux and crew are good friends to Western Colorado. Unfortunately, he isn't coming to Grand Junction, He is, however, coming to the Grizzly Rose. Trust me, it's worth the drive.

Animas City Theatre in Durango - January 9Reverend Horton Heat is something of a fixture in Western Colorado. He's been touring around the state throughout the fall and winter. He'll be just down the road in Durango in January.

Grizzly Rose in Denver - January 13Brett Young has been burning up the charts for the last year. Here's your chance to see him live in concert. Yes, we're dwelling a little bit on the Grizzly Rose, but it really is a great venue for killer acts.

The Floozies
Mesa Theater in Grand Junction - January 18Don't miss this show coming right to our own neighborhood. According to their official Facebook page:
