Fishing Is Great In Grand Junction But It Is Still A Secret
Not everyone wants to share their secrets for fishing. There are many places to go.
I love to fish and grew up at a lake and went fishing all the time. I think my first fish I caught weighed about 1pound. I know one of the first things I learned is that if the fish is under six inches, you have to throw it back.
I grew up at Waitts Lake, in Valley Washington and we practically lived on fish. Would we freeze the fish in milk cartons? I don't know if we were poor or if everyone did it that way. We fished for Trout, German Brown, and Perch. My favorite is Trout.
I can not wait to find some good fishing spots here in the Grand Junction area.
Here is what you said about fishing.
