CMU’s MET (Mesa Experimental Theatre) Season opens with student-written and -directed “The Line”

CMU will present its first MET play of the 2015-16 season, “The Line.” The play was written and will be directed by Senior Design/Tech and Acting/Directing major Chance Morgan.

After a sandstorm devastates the city of Dubai, a squad of US soldiers, led by Captain Martin Walker, are sent to investigate. They find the city in ruins and the survivors in splintered factions. As they venture deeper into Dubai, the choices they must make force them to look at the darker side of humanity and themselves. The script is adapted from the video game, “Spec Ops: The Line.” Rated R for violence, language, and dark and disturbing content.

Tickets for “The Line” are available at the Box Office by calling 970-248-1604 or may be purchased online at coloradomesa.edu/mosstickets
