‘HOWL-O-WEEN HUSTLE’ TO BENEFIT ROICE-HURST HUMANE SOCIETY

CHOW DOWN'S "HOWL-O-WEEN HUSTLE" ON OCT. 24th TO BENEFIT ROICE-HURST

Support the Roice-Hurst Humane Society and get your pooch some exercise by attending the 3rd Annual Chow Down Pet Supplies "Howl-O-Ween Hustle" on Saturday, Oct. 24th. This fundraising event, which also features a dog costume contest, will be held in front of the Redlands Chow Down at 2500 Broadway Unit H in the Albertson’s Plaza.  Participants are welcome to walk with or without a dog.

Pre-register at Chow Down in Fruita or Grand Junction until 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23rd. Event day registration begins at 9 a.m. at the Grand Junction Chow Down. Register by Oct. 15th to be guaranteed a T-Shirt in the size you need. The 5K Fun Run starts at 10 a.m., the 1 mile Challenge Walk starts at 10:15 a.m., rain or shine, and both will be held on the nearby Audubon Trail.

Cost is $20, which includes a T-shirt. Proceeds benefit Roice-Hurst Humane Society.  Bring your dog in a Halloween costume for a chance to win a $500 gift certificate for first place, $250 for second place, and $100 for third place from Chow Down.
