This has to be one of the EASIEST ways ever to lose weight! But can you get up early enough?

According to new research, the morning sun can help you lose weight!

The study suggests, people that are exposed to the rising sun for at least 20 to 30 minutes tend to have a lower body mass index.

Scientists studied people for a week and found the ones that "bathed in the morning light"  were leaner than people who get sun exposure later in the afternoon or evening.

Doctors say it has something to do with how light impacts the brain, and affects hormones that regulate appetite.
