Did Birthday Boy Mozart Give Country Music It’s Start? [VIDEO]

Could it be that Mozart, who celebrates his 259th birthday this week, is the man we need to thank for creating Country music? Judging by this video, it might just be possible.

The video does contain one error: The video says this historic event takes place in 1792. That's a bit unlikely, considering Mozart died in 1791.

Aside from that one discrepancy, it's not hard to believe this footage might accurately depict how Country music got its start.
