Crime of the Week: House For Sale But Not By Owner
This is the case of the house for sale, but not by its owner.
Earlier this month, a man walked into The Nickel to place an ad - house for sale. Seems like an ordinary thing to do, right? The only problem, it's not his house.
The man apparently has a beef with the homeowner and was simply being malicious. Now he's wanted by police for harassment.
He looks to be in his 50s, with a gray beard, which likely applies to hundreds of men in the Grand Valley. However, the vast majority of us that fit the profile would not do something so antagonistic.
Take a look at the photo and see if you can identify this individual.
If you know the identity of this suspect you should call Crime Stoppers at 970-241-7867. Information that leads to an arrest is worth up to $1000. You can also get more information on the Crime Stoppers website.
