Crazy Things We Did as Kids In Grand Junction

"So you skinny dipped where you grew up huh? Here in Grand Junction we would run naked through the tunnels on the Colorado National Monument at Night!"

I saw this on one of those E-cards on Facebook and about died laughing!

While I don't advocate doing stripping down in to your birthday suit, but I definitely remember "other people" doing it when I was a kid!

I also remember swimming illegally at the non-existent "Black Bridge," and dodging law enforcement so we wouldn't get yelled at.

Looking back I couldn't figure out why they didn't just leave us alone, I mean we weren't bothering anyone, but of course my teenage brain did not take into account the risk and dangers of these actions.
