This Tasty, New Colorado Sandwich Shop is Serving Up Banh Mi

Have you ever been in a position where you wanted two types of food at the same time? Trying to pick one over the other is kind of a hard task. Thankfully, there is such a thing as fusion foods.

When it comes to the inception of fusion foods, the inspiration can come from many different places. In the case of Banh Mi, this style of fusion came from Vietnam in the 19th century when the country was part of French Indochina.

In the 1950s, Banh Mi emerged in Saigon and became a regular staple dish in the region. The wildly popular sandwich is now available here in Northern Colorado.

Paris Banh Mi, located at 1759 Rocky Mountain Ave. in Loveland, Colorado, officially opened to the public on Saturday, Oct.14, and their food looks super tasty. Not only does Paris Banh Mi offer sandwiches on a French baguette, but there are also croissant options.

The new Loveland sandwich shop serves up much more than just sandwiches, too. A few of the other items you can find on the menu at Paris Banh Mi include Korean Corn Dogs, Pho, Ramen, burgers, coffees, slushies, and milk teas.

If you have never had a Korean corn dog before, you are in for a treat. Korean corn dogs are my favorite thing on a stick. When you add the option of a half corn dog and half cheese stick, I am happy. Couple that half corn dog and half cheese stick with a coating of Flaming Hot Cheetos, and I am on cloud nine.
