The Eagle County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man who purposely coughed on grocery products at a Village Market in Edwards, Colorado.

The incident occurred when the man refused to stand six feet away from others. When an employee asked him to step back, he began ranting about how the employee was falling for 'media hype.'

According to a media release from the sheriff's office, the man then intentionally coughed on another customer's groceries, a "direct violation of the Colorado State and Eagle County Public Health Order."
